This is an actual scenario of a consultant – working for a recruitment company before they joined
proFound Consulting

12 or one year  = R626 471 Invoiced

Commission received @ 10% = R62 647.10 for the year /12. The monthly commission was R5 220.59
The Salary was R15 000 per month + commission R5 220.59 = Total income per month = R20 220 .59

If the consultant was working for
proFound at the time, the commission @ 70% = R 438 529.7 for the year / 12. The monthly commission was R 36 544.14

Conclusion – The consultant’s income was R16 323.55 per month more, working with
proFound than to work for another recruitment company.

5 months                                                                      = R242 449 Invoiced

Commission received @ 10% =                                    R 24 244.90 for 5 months.
The monthly commission was                                       R 4 848.98
The Salary was R15 000 per month + Commission      R4 848.98
= Total income per month =                                           R 19 848.98

If the consultant was working for
proFound at the time, the commission @ 70%

                                                                                     = R 169 714.3 for the 5 months

The monthly commission was                                       R 33 942

Conclusion - The consultant’s income was R14 093.88 per month more, working with
proFound Consulting than to work for another recruitment company.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant within a Recruitment Agency.

Or

  • Marketing/Sales Diploma or Degree with 3 years’ experience within a Corporate Sales Environment, generating leads and doing cold calling.

Or

  • 5 years Sales experience within a Corporate Sales Environment, generating leads and doing cold calling.

  • Monthly Licensed CRM Fee – R850 Excl VAT

  • Internet Connection ± R 500
  • Laptop / Desktop/Mac
  • Printer for printing of CV’s and Contracts
  • Vehicle (Petrol R500)
  • Insurance (optional)
